Partnership options

More than guest teaching.

The offer is built around your group’s level, premises and goals—from one focused development day to instructor cover or a year-round partnership.

Each arrangement clearly defines responsibility for the programme, participants, models, materials and documentation.

01

Tailored training for an existing group

Already have a group and know what they want to develop? Alisia can prepare and deliver a specialist course or technical masterclass at your premises. Topics may include Wet Look, Kim Effect, wispy styling, Mega Volume, mapping, direction, consistent fans or faster work, adapted to the group’s experience and real challenges.

02

Instructor cover and additional capacity

When a regular educator is unavailable or the academy needs extra capacity, Alisia can deliver agreed training days. Teaching may follow the academy’s existing programme or be adapted together. Content, responsibilities, materials, models, assessment and certificates are clarified in advance.

03

Host a course at your premises

Have a suitable training room and interested participants, but need an experienced educator? You can provide the venue, workstations and recruitment while Alisia prepares and delivers the training. Responsibilities for models, products, registration, payment and documentation are agreed before promotion begins.

04

Technical troubleshooting clinic

A practical workshop for lash artists with specific problems who do not need to repeat a complete foundation course. Participants may submit work beforehand, allowing the session to focus on direction, isolation, stickies, unstable fans, excessive weight, retention, asymmetric mapping or a slow workflow. The goal is to understand the cause and correct it with practical guidance.

05

Development day for former students

Graduates return after gaining practical experience, when their real questions have become clear. They receive individual feedback on their work and practise the techniques they need to improve. This gives the academy a meaningful way to support graduates and maintain the relationship.

06

Salon team training

A shared development day can create clearer quality standards and a more consistent client experience. Following an initial review, we may work on technique, consultation, mapping, ergonomics, timing, workspace organisation and client communication. The aim is shared quality, not identical working styles.

07

Professional review of working methods

Alisia can observe a training day or salon workflow and provide practical recommendations on demonstrations, exercises, hygiene, ergonomics, guidance and technical routines. This is a professional quality review, not formal accreditation, designed to make training or salon work clearer, safer and more efficient.

08

Regular masterclasses

Schools and academies may arrange several training days throughout the year. The partnership can include new technical topics, graduate development days, reviews of submitted work and advanced training for experienced groups—giving the academy access to external expertise without employing another permanent educator.
